There are many options for vegetarian cooking students with a selection of fresh fruit and vegetables along with tofu and tempe at you disposal. The staff will greet you with ear to ear smiles and will make you feel right at home. The team in the kitchen are consummate professionals and know Indonesian cuisine inside out. Much research has been conducted into specifics of local home cooking and where the people in villages shop for their produce.
This restaurant has been architecturally designed to mimic the set up that is typical in large housing compound as seen around many villages in Bali, so it was only fitting that the food should match this. The dishes you will be treated to are something akin to traditional Indonesian street food but presented with a fine dining edge. We suggest trying a wide selection of everything on the menu and you will really learn about the flavours they work with on a daily basis.
Bumbu Bali is an absolute must see when in Nusa Dua and is open daily from 11am until 11pm.
