Dedicated Executive Chef and Co-Founder Rafi Papazian hails from France and has built up his business to resemble that of a traditional Parisian patisserie. Inside the smells and sights of France and outside is the scenery of Bali, a combination that is very unique. He believes that Canggu is the next Seminyak as it getting busier and busier with cafés popping up everywhere to cope with the demand.
Monsieur Spoon is one of the best places in Canggu to grab come coffee and cake with treats like flakey croissants and other pastries, many different flavours of macarons, brioche loaf, sweet biscuits, tarts and slices all available behind the counter. For those of you who have more of a savoury tooth than sweet, there are plenty of options if you are peckish too. Their selection of breads will impress you for sure; baguettes, different shapes of crusty sourdough loaves and cute little dinner rolls all line the baskets behind the staff.
