Samadi Bali is a space that provides many services to enable you to lead a wholesome and healthy lifestyle. Located close by the world renowned surf spot of Echo Beach, Samadi offers many different types of yoga classes led by very experienced and friendly teachers.

Dubbed ‘a taste of Ubud by the sea’, Samadi is a place to try out something you may not have done before. On their timetable of classes is Kids Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga for Surfing, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha, Mysore, Yoga Dance, and Meditation. The structure that houses Samadi is made from sustainable and recycled materials from Bali, certainly making it an interesting sight for the architecture buffs.

At Samadi, they like to also focus on happiness and have specific therapies in place to help you on your way. Therapeutic body work, acupuncture, chakra balancing, craniosacral therapy, Balinese massage and life coaching are all available in conjunction with their physical activities.

If you require an extended period to bring about wellness and relaxation, they offer are 4, 8 and 14 day retreats at very reasonable prices. These retreats include onsite accommodation, yoga classes, a floating tank experience, food and massages which by the end of your stay, will have you centred and feeling great.

Of course the mind and body would not be happy without some delicious and healthy dishes to fuel them. Samadi Bali’s food and drink are to die for; The Kitchen Lab has an extensive menu for you to peruse after a class or just as a visitor passing by. With one of the most colourful menus on the Island of the Gods and it seems as though nothing has been missed; pancakes, a huge selection of cold pressed juices, soups, rice paper rolls, toppings on rye bread and of course for the sweet lovers – health conscious desserts. The salad bar deserves a special mention for it’s huge selection of ingredients and is a favourite with those who frequent Samadi.

Every Sunday from 11am – 2pm they hold the Samadi Organic Market where like minded people come together and of course there is plenty to buy, see and eat. Also, every Wednesday they host a movie night where the film and dinner costs only 75,000!
