Homemade pasta and pizza, more cured meats than you can ask for and a booze list that will make your head spin before you have even taken a sip! Seminyak Italian Food is the place for authentic Italian food in Bali. The food is as good looking as the venue itself and you will want to stay all day and night!

Seminyak Italian Food is owned and operated by Robert Marchetti, a name with much renown in the restaurant industry. He has lent his culinary expertise to some of Australia’s most notable dining institutions, such as Giuseppe Arnaldo & Sons at Crown Melbourne and Icebergs Dining Room in Sydney.

The restaurant itself is located within the Double-Six Hotel, a luxury spot to stay right on Double-Six Beach in Seminyak. Guests who are not staying in the hotel are of course more than welcome to dine here, but reservations are encouraged as it gets very busy, totally understandable once you step foot inside the venue. You’ll be surrounded by art during your experience here, with a mural painted by artist, Stephen Ormandy adorning one of the large interior walls.

Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner you will be able to sample something divine from the menu at any point of the day. All Italian classics feature on the menu and are made only with the finest seasonal produce from the island. Interestingly, the breakfast menu transcends the bounds of Italy, with dishes like The Mexican, The Japanese, The American and The French all ready to be served up to hungry bellies.

The lunch and dinner menu is overwhelmingly huge so we suggest to start with something light, maybe a share plate from the antipasto section, then move onto any of the pasta dishes (they are all to die for) and finally a dessert. It just wouldn’t be right not to try one of their sweet offerings, we suggest the Ricotta and Dark Chocolate Tart and finish with a traditional coffee to aid your digestion.
