KU DE TA has been around since way back in 2000 and has been going strong as one of Bali’s premier party destinations ever since. Located on the glorious Seminyak beach in between the grounds of world class waterfront resorts and hotels, it is a short and quite a pleasant walk from the main road. Expertly designed with comfort and style in mind, this two level venue is built around a central pool, lounge and garden area.
Also included in the KU DE TA experience is a lifestyle boutique. Here you will find an abundance of beautiful accessories, including fine jewellery and fun beachwear and of course plenty of other clothing for men, women and children. All items are sold exclusively in this boutique, so you can take home something that is uniquely KU DE TA.
During your visit it would be remiss of you not to try out the world class dining experience they offer. Their restaurant is called Mejekawa and translates as ‘sacred table’. The very experienced and boundlessly talented culinary team have designed a tasting kitchen and laboratory that focuses on using the finest Balinese ingredients and offers a 5-12 course degustation served with wine pairings. This venue has won several prestigious international awards for excellence so your experience here will not be forgotten in a hurry. With over 80 full time staff including, pastry chefs, bakers and butchers working under the guidance of the executive chef, you can start to understand what kind of scale they are operating on.
Of course dining is available throughout KU DE TA, with a fantastic selection of dishes from Japan, France, Italy, Morocco, Thailand, America and Greece all rolled into one carefully selected menu. Table and lounge service is provided by the floor staff and the cocktail list is nothing short of amazing.
Another thing that KU DE TA does so brilliantly is a special event. Music is at the forefront of everything they do to ensure their guests are entertained and even biannually release a cool soundtrack of eclectic tunes you can hear at the bar. With regular guest appearances from some of the world’s top DJs and producers, the staff at KU DE TA really know how to put on a good celebration.
