Sarong Restaurant is a superb venue located in the very heart of fine dining in Bali’s busy are of Seminyak. On the very well known strip of Jalan Petitenget, this restaurant is known for being a sought after spot for brilliant Asian cuisine. Chef Will Meyrick opened Sarong back in 2008 after having success in his other ventures around Asia.

His concept has done very well as many tourists, locals and ex pats keep coming back to eat and drink. With a nod to all the street vendors of Asia, his menu has a lot of favourites from that realm. Simple, tasty and colourful food is what they do best at Sarong, so you would be crazy not to stop by on a visit to Bali.

The venue itself will impress you as much as the menu with two dining pavilions and an outdoor area on offer as dining areas. There is an informal dining room next to the bar where you can have a more casual meal or one of their fabulous cocktails.

In 2011, Sarong placed in the top five best Asian restaurants as voted in by board of The Singapore World Gourmet Summit. They have also been lucky enough to win a swag of other international awards for excellence in hospitality, making it a very much sought after location to dine. The restaurant seats 142 people in total and you can book an are or the entire venue for a special event.

Walk ins are welcome, but it is advised to make a booking, especially if you are in a larger group. Sarong is open from 8:30am until 11pm for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks.
